Privacy Policy
Effective: May 2026
Field Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
§ 01 Who we are
Field Studio is a boutique AI services firm based in Jersey City, New Jersey, providing done-for-you lead generation systems to trades contractors. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Field Studio.
§ 02 Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you visit the site.
Information you provide — when you submit a form (the roofers audit form, contact form, or any future intake form), we collect the fields you enter, including: name, company, phone number, email address, service area, current lead sources, and any free-text notes. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and stored in our Netlify dashboard.
Information collected automatically — when you visit any page on this site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) collects:
- IP address (truncated by GA4 before logging)
- Approximate location (city/region) derived from IP
- Device, browser, operating system, and screen size
- Pages visited, time spent, scroll depth, and clicks on tracked CTAs
- Referrer (the page or campaign that sent you to us)
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this site.
§ 03 Why we collect it
- To respond to you — if you submit an audit or contact form, we use your information to reply, qualify the opportunity, and (where relevant) deliver our services.
- To run the site — analytics tell us which pages and offers are working, which are not, and where to improve. We use this data in aggregate to make the site better.
- To meet legal and security obligations — for example, defending against spam form submissions or responding to lawful requests.
§ 04 Third parties
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site. These vendors process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify (hosting, form submissions, deploy infrastructure) — netlify.com/privacy
- Google Analytics 4 (anonymous usage analytics) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (email obfuscation script that protects published email addresses from scrapers) — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
§ 05 Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure usage. These cookies are anonymous and do not personally identify you. Your browser allows you to refuse or delete cookies; you can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
§ 06 How long we keep your information
Form submissions are retained in our Netlify account for as long as we have a reasonable business purpose for them (typically the duration of any engagement plus a short follow-up window). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics 4 defaults. We delete information sooner on request.
§ 07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws. These typically include the right to:
- Know what information we have collected about you
- Request a copy of that information
- Request deletion of that information
- Opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email address listed on our homepage. We will respond within 30 days.
§ 08 Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
§ 09 Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at this URL. We recommend reviewing it occasionally.
§ 10 Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to the email address on our contact section. Reference “Privacy” in the subject line.
