What does “done-for-you” actually mean?
It means there's no software for you to learn and no team you have to hire. We build the lead-gen system, we operate it, and you get qualified bookings on your calendar. You stay on the tools or in the listings — we stay on the pipeline.
What does it cost?
Engagements sit between $2,000 and $10,000 per month, retainer-based. The number is set during the design phase based on volume, geography, and channels. No setup fee buried in fine print.
Do you do contracts, or month-to-month?
Three months minimum, then month-to-month after. Three months is the floor because nothing meaningful happens in four weeks — and we won't pretend otherwise.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
A marketing agency runs campaigns. We run a system. The output is the same thing every week — qualified meetings on your calendar — and we report it as a number, not as a Powerpoint.
What about my existing CRM, calendar, and email setup?
We integrate with what you've got. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, Google Calendar, Calendly — all standard. If your stack is something we haven't touched before, we tell you in week one.
Do you use AI? How much?
Yes, for the parts where it actually helps — enrichment, qualification, first-touch replies. Not as a marketing claim. The system runs on infrastructure; the strategy is built by people.
